Another Haiku
Lone blue heron hunts
stalking back and forth, mouth poised,
eating only air.
Kara now lives on Vashon Island where the herons abound in the waters. This haiku is a tribute to those beautiful birds and a nod to the Vashon Allied Arts known on-island as the Blue Heron.
