It doesn't take a long time
to see a cemetery.
It takes a lot of time
to read the tombstones
and feel the spirit of past generations.
It is hard to walk
under the old green trees
that cast their shadows
over so many names, dates,
and mistakes.
It is painful to walk away
from such a place
because all of a sudden
you realize that
it has already become part of you.
Then you leave
to come back again,
one day,
for good.
