What now? What can I say? There are no words for what happened on September 11th, 2001, here in the US, and yet my life is all about words. And what happened here on September 11th is a never ending thing if you look at the history of the world and follow current events on an international basis. So what does all this mean? What now? It's hard to say. I can only offer what works for me, for our household. You may have found other things that work for you. Here, we are taking it one day at a time, one hour at a time, or even one moment at a time. It's like I'm still in shock and can't deal with history or the ongoing "response" to the September 11th attacks. I can only deal with now. "Get the site up." "Hug your loved ones." "That's your stomach growling, Kara, so eat something." That kind of thing. A friend of ours was in NYC when the WTC attacks happened. We learned that he walked home 40 or 50 blocks that day with hundreds of other people all in shock, just walking. Then I saw a photo of people, hundreds of them, all soot covered, just walking. In some ways that photo was very powerful for me. Just one foot in front of the other no matter what. I don't know anything anymore. But one thing I can do is continue to do the work of KotaPress and offer you, our readers, some sort of resources as you try to figure it out in your life, too. My heart and prayers to all of you. Please be in touch with us at info@kotapress.com if you feel we might be of service in some way, okay? Miracles to you! This page is dedicated to Dakota
