Here in the Western Washington area, you'll find The TEARS Foundation doing outreach to help with funeral and memorial costs for families in need. I've been communicating for several years now with Sarah Slack who is the President of the Foundation. They are doing so much work to keep their funding available and to be available long-term in this area.
