A Difference Day
The 13th annual national day of doing good, Make A Difference Day, will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2004. For details see, usaweekend.com/diffday/index.html . Neofight Incorporated, a nonprofit organization supporting families experiencing a perinatal crisis, will be among the millions of volunteers nationwide that participate in this annual event.
During this year's Make a Difference Day event, the volunteers of NeoFight will provide a two-pronged community outreach:
1. Neofight will visit Indianapolis hospitals to offer free support to families experiencing a perinatal crisis through offering a listening ear, a shoulder to lean on and care packages.
2. Neofight will also visit Indianapolis funeral homes to provide free educational kits to directors working with families experiencing a perinatal loss.
