During any of the holidays, bereaved parents are painfully reminded of how few tangible items they have to mark their child's existence. While everyone is taking photos, sending cards, buying gifts, the memory of the dead child seems to fade more and more. And parents can crave tangible items to mark the full scope of their parenthood, something to honor the child is who is gone. One of our online group members, Kim Lotz, found a wonderful site where many different kinds of memorial items are offered. Many thanks to Kim for, not only sharing the link with us, but also for sending along catalog item numbers to make it easy for all of us to find what she found there!! From Kim: If you visit and type in these items numbers in their search engine, you will find some really awesome grief/memorial items: 09811 Other ideas and articles online for Mother's Day: The Clouds That Touch Us Out of Clear Skies, by Lynn Shelton Mother's Day With Empty Arms, by Clara Hinton Getting Through Mother's Day, by Clara Hinton Mother's Day--Am I A Mother? by Clara Hinton Never Give Up by the Dalai Lama And don't forget that grandmothers will need support, too!!
